User Eligibility

• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ezat-Jobs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

Services and Payments

Employers

• Employers must fund tasks through the platform's escrow system.
• Payments will be released to the tasker only after the employer confirms job completion.

Taskers

• Taskers will only receive payments after successfully completing the assigned task and after employer confirmation.
• Taskers are responsible for setting their availability and ensuring quality service delivery.

Fees

Ezat-Jobs may charge a service fee for using the platform. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Job Disputes

Ezat-Jobs acts as a facilitator and is not directly involved in the job execution. In case of disputes between employers and taskers:

• Both parties should first attempt to resolve the dispute through communication.
• If unresolved, Ezat-Jobs may provide mediation services at its discretion.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or offensive content.
• Disrupt the functionality of the platform or harm other users.
• Ezat-Jobs reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations.

Verification

• Taskers must complete the platform's verification process before accepting jobs.
• Ezat-Jobs may require additional documents to verify identities.

Privacy Policy

Ezat-Jobs is committed to protecting your privacy. By using the platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

Liability

• Ezat-Jobs is a marketplace and does not guarantee the quality or safety of jobs performed.
• Users agree to hold Ezat-Jobs harmless for any damages or disputes arising from platform use.

Termination

Ezat-Jobs may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breaching these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Modifications to the Terms
